1. Full Planning, Design & Coordination

Whether you are planning a Toronto soirée or celebration abroad, full-service wedding planning, design and coordination encapsulates the comprehensive orchestration of every facet of your special day. It begins with an in-depth consultation where our expert team delves into your vision, desires and aspirations for your wedding. From there, the process encompasses meticulous planning, including venue selection, vendor sourcing, budget management and timeline creation, setting the foundation of your event. Design elements such as decor, colour schemes and floor plans are crafted to align with your style and preferences during the next phase of planning. In the final stretch before the big day, our dedicated focus narrows down to fine-tuning execution and managing logistics flawlessly to ensure a seamless wedding experience for you and your guests. This collection is all-encompassing, aiming to transform your aspirations into reality, and is designed for couples who are busy with their professional careers or are planning from a distance. This service often begins 10 to 12 months prior to the big day, however we are adept at accommodating longer and shorter timelines.

A CURATED COLLECTION DEDICATED TO ASSISTING THOSE IN NEED OF DESIGN/PARTIAL SUPPORT
This collection caters to couples who have embarked on their wedding planning journey but seek professional guidance and support halfway through the process. Working with your selected venue, our expert team primarily hones in on aspects surrounding design elements and logistics including florals, stationery, rentals and more, but can also include assisting with vendor selection with specific services. All in all, this service offers tailored support to align the latter half of the planning process with your envisioned aesthetic and style. We collaborate closely with you, leveraging your existing groundwork while supporting you with innovative ideas and expertise to help bring your vision to fruition. This service often begins 6 to 8 months prior to the big day, however we are adept at accommodating shorter timelines.

3. Wedding Management & Coordination
AN ESSENTIAL COLLECTION FOR SEAMLESS EXECUTION
This collection includes our professional help in creating an overall, seamless execution plan for the couple who is organized and detail-oriented and who prefers to plan on their own. We provide a complimentary site visit at the venue, contact your vendors to wrap up the finer details, create a detailed itinerary outlining the flow of events and manage all logistics on the big day. By making us the main point of contact for any family, guest and vendor inquiries, you will wholeheartedly be able to soak in your special moments without stressing over the details. This service begins 8 weeks prior to the big day.
